Hello, to everyone Out There, We hope that your October is as sunny and filled with pleasure as ours (no really, the sun was shining today); here is what we have for you this month: We have moved Before and After video clips of Out There students Did they really mean to say that? Yes, we have moved again. This is because our partner school (and landlords!) in London, United International College, have moved to bigger and better premises and we have gone with them. However, we are still close to Oxford Circus and right in the middle of the West End. Our new address is: Languages Out There c/o UIC Language House 76-78 Mortimer Street London, W1W 7SA UK
Phone and fax stay the same for now. Heres a map:

Before and After - Over the summer we shot some video of clients during their placement interviews and before they followed their EOT course in London. We then we videoed them again during a similar interview, just before they left to go home. We call them our Before and After videos. Most students were on very short courses of between two to four weeks. Everyone who took part gave us written permission to use their clips and we hope to be able to put these and all of the others on the website soon. Thanks to everyone for playing along with us! In this article, he hoped to convince people that he was a normal, good guy who >should still be playing for England. Really. Beckham says that when the England manager called to say he'd been dropped he phoned his wife and then Tom Cruise. "He's a great guy to be able to speak to because he is a very positive-minded person." "He talked about everything I had done in the World Cup, about the goal I scored and the goals I set up. He said I was a great player, that I played for Real Madrid, I've got a healthy family and three boys and a wife who love me to bits. It does you good just to hear somebody saying that sometimes." Odds on Beckham moving to LA and becoming a Scientologist after football: 1-100 Odds on Steve Mclaren wanting to pick him for England after this: 100-1 Courtesy of Popbitch http://rd.bcentral.com/?ID=4587249&s=117342901 The Guardian and Languages Out There have created some great self-study Out There lesson plans and podcasts for free download: http://travel.guardian.co.uk/audio/languages We got some great press for Spanish Out There with a really big article in the travel section of The Independent newspaper, you can read it here: http://travel.independent.co.uk/europe/article605829.ece Get Out There and learn http://www.languagesoutthere.com/ |
